About Majik Bus


Majik Bus is a privately held entertainment technology company founded in 2016. Through its partnerships, which includes the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation (CBC) and Dee Lippingwell’s photo archive, Majik Bus has curated one of the world’s largest fine art-music photography collections. It has also partnered with the CBC to develop music-related content from potentially the greatest untapped television and radio archives.

Our Collection is essentially unseen content that dates back to the beginning of the modern entertainment era of the 1950s, 60s, 70s, and 80s. During this period a significant number of artists, and controversial performers were captured on film and tape such as Freddie Mercury, Bruce Springsteen, Tina Turner, David Bowie, Sir. Elton John, ZZ Top, The Police, The DoorsJefferson AirplaneBob DylanJoan BaezPete Seeger and Leonard Cohen.

Majik Bus Entertainment is currently developing a patent-pending, Distributed Ledger Technology blockchain based application. This platform will be used for registering, tracking and authenticating intellectual property, content and other collectibles.

Mark Holden


A successful entrepreneur and entertainment executive, who has founded and operated several companies in a diverse career spanning four decades. 

He is an advocate for creating values-based businesses that make a difference to our planet. Having re-invented himself repeatedly, Mark believes that true success is not only measured by how well we do in the world of business but how many lives we impact.

Peter Diemer

Managing Partner

An entertainment, marketing & strategic business development executive, with global perspective and experience with media & technology. He has a long-term and excellent track record in promoting, developing, and growing world-class brands. 

Diemer has a unique combination of skills, depth of knowledge and deep relationships.  He has a great respect for intellectual property and ensures that any negotiations progress quickly in a positive way.

Hussein Hallak

Director Strategic Development

Serial entrepreneur, and strategic advisor for several successfully funded tech and blockchain startups. Marketing advisor for leading conferences including. Featured in Forbes, BBC, Entrepreneur, and Notable.

As community leader, Hussein is an evangelist at Launch Academy, one of North America’s leading tech incubators with over 600 tech startups incubated and over $150 Million raised.

Passionate about tech, lean, startups, design thinking, impact, blockchain and decentralized innovation. Hussein lives to inspire entrepreneurship and unleash breakthrough innovation through connection, collaboration, and community.



Clare Hamilton-Eddy

Board Member

An experienced and passionate communications strategist with a proven track record working with public and private sector organizations and executives across North America and Europe.

She is currently the Director, Media Relations for the University of British Columbia, responsible for overseeing faculty-based news and helping manage the institution's overall reputation. Previously, she was Managing Director of Yulu PR, providing strategic communications and social impact consultancy to purpose-driven organizations to help them maximize their impact through storytelling.

Clare has been on the board of directors for the B.C. chapter of the American Marketing Association and Women in Communications & Technology. She is currently a guest lecturer for UBC Sauder Accelerated Digital Marketing Diploma Program, having also been on its advisory council. 

In her spare time, Clare teaches violin on Vancouver’s Downtown Eastside, volunteers at Canuck Place, and is a keen triathlete. 



Scott Dinsdale


A digital pioneer for over twenty-five years, and recently led Accenture’s Media & Entertainment business across Australia and New Zealand. 

Scott spent seven years with Sony as EVP, Global Operations and CTO for Sony Music and EVP, Corporate Development at Sony Digital Services. He also led digital transformations at Bertelsmann AG, Merrill Lynch and The Motion Picture Association. An entrepreneur by nature, Scott played founding roles at iconic start-ups Data Broadcasting and   

Dinsdale regularly lectures at The Australian Film, Radio & Television School and The University of Southern California, is a Senior Fellow at The Annenberg Center for the Digital Future and serves as Chairman, Digital Advisory Panel, Australian Sports Commission.



Stephen Woodruff


A music fanatic with experience in a variety of business-entertainment sectors. He has spent time working with high profile companies booking artists shows, analyzing data, and managing artists’ royalties.  

Stephen’s unique and deep interest in the history of music has allowed him to apply his knowledge in the exploration of the CBC’s extensive archives. Through his findings he has helped curate these Canadian treasures. 



Jorden Teo


A communications specialist with extensive experience across traditional and digital media. He has a thorough understanding of communications and marketing strategies with experience in managing media and PR events for national brands.

His broad range of skills across print and television media, media relations, digital marketing and social media, brand management, marketing and content creation is paramount in this day and age.

Jorden thrives by utilizing his creativity to engage customers, increase brand awareness and reach, and in turn boost revenue.
